DualCharge The secret behind the DualCharge™ technology is that you use twin flushing ducts: one for clean air and one for the fuel /air mixture. First, a barrier of clean air presses out the burnt gases, after which the fuel /air mixture is flushed in. The result is a more powerful engine, better fuel economy and a drop in emissions by fully 70%, compared to previous cutter generations. Also, the fuel mixture that passes the main bearings and crank bearings is more concentrated, so it lubricates the engine more effectively. (1) Fuel-air mixture. (2) Clean air. (3) Clean exhaust gases. Fewer Vibrations and Less Noise The K750 has an entirely new vibration damping system. The fuel tank, handle and intake system is an entirely new vibration damping unit that gives particularly low handle vibrations. The muffler has been doubled in size and with the large intake system allows the motor to run quieter at higher powers. New Active Air Filtration Three separate filter systems. The first system uses the centrifugal force at the cooling fan and separates 80-90% of the dust particles from the intake air. A settling compartment has been fitted where any extra dust settles, which mean the filter stays clean even longer. The intake air then passes through a second stage in the form of an oil impregnated 3-layer adhesive filter that catches any remaining dust particles. The third stage is a traditional paper filter, which represents an extra level of security preventing dust particles from mixing with the intake air. This extends the cleaning interval for the fixed filters 3.5 times (compared to conventional filter systems), which reduces idle time and service costs. Other Features The cutting arm is reversible which lets you cut closer to walls or the ground. The drive belt has a fully sealed trans-mission. This keeps out cutting dust etc, reducing wear. EasyStart ensures 50% easier starting by reducing the compression in the cylinder during starting. Robust new wet cutting kit, with low water usage. Sealed transmission reduces the wear and slippage risk. Fuel indicator on the tank shows fuel level, to help avoid unnecessary stoppages.
